2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings made through our website are subject to availability

  • You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp, Email
  • Some activities may require advance payment or deposit

We reserve the right to refuse any booking if necessary

3. Payments

  • Bank transfer

All prices shown on the website are in Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
 We do not store or handle your payment card information.

4. Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver & Refund Policy

By booking and participating in any activity organised by Agyadino Tours, including but not limited to camel riding, sandboarding, quad biking, buggy tours, desert walks, canyon visits, and outdoor dining experiences, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities.

 Acknowledgment of Inherent Risk

Participants understand that :
  • Animals such as camels may react unpredictably.
  • Outdoor terrain (sand dunes, rocky areas, canyons, beaches) may present natural hazards.
  • Weather and environmental conditions may affect safety.
  • Minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, or falls may occur despite supervision.
By proceeding with the booking, participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for these inherent risks.

Medical Fitness & Personal Responsibility

Participants confirm that they :
  • Are physically and medically fit to participate.
  • Have disclosed any medical conditions (including pregnancy, injuries, disabilities, or health concerns).
  • Will follow all safety instructions provided by guides.
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agyadino Tours shall not be held liable for :
  • Minor injuries resulting from participation in activities.
  • Injuries caused by unpredictable animal behaviour.
  • Injuries resulting from participants’ negligence or failure to follow instructions.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain personal travel insurance covering outdoor and animal-related activities before participation.

5. Safety & Participation

By booking, you acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks.

  • Wear appropriate clothing and equipment

We are not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by failure to follow safety instructions or negligence by the participant.

6. Transport Services

If transport is included or requested:

  • Pickup times and locations will be communicated in advance
  • Delays by customers may result in cancellation without refund
  • We are not responsible for traffic delays or road closures

7. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the activity.

8. Photos & Media

During activities, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
 If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform us before the activity.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission
  • Provide false booking information

10. Modification of Terms
