Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our experiences in the Timlalin dunes and Agadir region. We aim to provide the best service and memorable moments. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds apply and how cancellations are handled.

1. Customer Cancellations

To receive a refund, cancellations must be made within the time limits below:

More than 24 hours before the activity

  • Full refund (if payment was made in advance)
  • Or option to reschedule without extra fees

Less than 24 hours before the activity

  • No refund
  • Rescheduling may not be possible

No‑show (no cancellation and customer doesn’t show up)

  • No refund

We encourage customers to notify us as soon as possible in case of plan changes.

2. Cancellations by Our Company

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities in case of:

  • Bad weather or unsafe conditions
  • Operational constraints
  • Minimum group size not met (for group tours)
  • Emergency or unforeseen circumstances

If we cancel your booking, you will receive:

  • Full refund, o
  • Option to reschedule (no extra cost)

Customer safety is our first priority.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Online payments: refunded to the same payment account
  • Cash payments: refunded in cash or through bank transfer if applicable

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time at your pickup point or meeting location.

  • If you are late and miss the activity, no refund will be issued

5. Special Conditions

Some private tours, custom packages, or group bookings may require a non‑refundable deposit.
 Any exceptions will be clearly communicated during booking.

6. Changes to Bookings

You may request to change the date or time of your experience (subject to availability).

  • Free changes if requested more than 24 hours before the activity
  • Changes requested less than 24 hours before may not be possible
