This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made for experiences, tours, and activities in the Timlalin dunes and Agadir region through our website or directly with our team.

Our goal is to provide clear and fair terms while maintaining the quality and organisation of our services.

1. Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the activity

• Cancellation is free of charge
  
• You may choose:
  
  • A full refund (if you paid in advance), or
    
  • Reschedule without any extra cost

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity

• No refund will be issued
  
• Rescheduling may not be available
  

No‑Show (not attending without notice)

• No refund will be issued
  
• Booking is considered consumed
  

We strongly recommend notifying us as early as possible if your plans change.

2. Cancellation by Our Company

We may cancel or modify bookings due to:

• Severe weather or dangerous conditions
  
• Low participant numbers (for group activities)
  
• Safety or technical reasons
  
• Operational or emergency situations
  

In such cases, customers will receive:

• A full refund, or
  
• Option to reschedule without additional cost
  

Your safety and satisfaction are our priority.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late and miss the pickup or tour departure:

• No refund will be issued
  
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be guaranteed
  

4. Group & Private Bookings

Some private tours or large group bookings may require a non‑refundable deposit. Conditions will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.

5. Special Packages & Custom Activity Bundles

When customers contact us directly and request a customised package or bundle that includes multiple activities or tours selected by the guest, a special discounted price may be offered based on the total combination of experiences chosen.

Please note the following conditions apply:

Bundle Pricing Condition
The special price provided is calculated based on the full package selection agreed at the time of booking.
If any activity or tour is later cancelled or removed from the agreed bundle, the total price will be recalculated according to the updated selection. The remaining activities will no longer benefit from the original discounted bundle rate.

Payment Condition for Cash Bookings
If the agreed payment method is cash, full payment is required upon arrival at our base before the start of the first activity.

Cancellation After Starting the Bundle
Once the first activity within the customised bundle has started, cancellation of any remaining activities included in that package will not be accepted.
By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge and agree to complete the full agreed bundle.

These conditions ensure fairness in pricing and allow us to organise logistics, guides, transport, and equipment efficiently for all guests.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please log in to your account on our website.
Go to your Dashboard, where you will find a complete list of your bookings, including completed, pending, and processing reservations.

From there, you can select the relevant booking and submit your cancellation request directly through your account.
